How we quote it

A fixed price, in writing, before we start.

We diagnose on-site, quote the whole job, and that is the price. No hourly meter, no surprises on the invoice.

The 7-line quote
  1. 1 The diagnosis. What is actually wrong, found on-site, not guessed over the phone.
  2. 2 The fix, in full. Parts and labour for the whole job, itemised. No "from" pricing.
  3. 3 Compliance, where the law needs it. Gas or backflow work includes the certificate, lodged where required.
  4. 4 The guarantee. Lifetime workmanship in writing, plus your unit warranty registered.
If a quote doesn’t show these lines, you can’t compare it, and you don’t know what’s been cut.
How it runs

What happens, step by step.

1

Call

A real plumber answers, day or night, and tells you what to turn off while we are on the way.

2

60-minute ETA

An honest arrival time for the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie metro, not "sometime today".

3

Fixed quote on-site

We diagnose the real problem and quote it in writing before any work starts. $0 call-out.

4

Fixed-price fix

You approve the price, we do the work for that price, with a certificate where the job needs one.

Insured, covered, guaranteed

The paperwork behind the price.

Public liability to $20M, and a Lifetime workmanship guarantee, all in writing, all on request.

Plumbing is a strictly licensed trade, and gas work needs a separate authorisation. We hold both, carry public liability to $20M, and back our workmanship for life in writing. Your unit warranty is registered for you at handover, so you are covered on both fronts.

The cover, the guarantee, and how to check each one.
Questions, answered

Bathroom & Renovation Plumbing: common questions.

When does the plumber come in during a bathroom reno?
Twice. Rough-in happens early, with drains, waste and supply lines set out before the waterproofer and tiler arrive. Fit-off happens near the end, when the toilet, vanity, shower and tapware go in.
How much does bathroom plumbing cost?
Rough-in to fit-off typically runs $3,000 to $8,000 depending on the size of the room, the number of fixtures, and whether anything is being moved. We quote the whole scope up front.
Can I move the toilet, shower or vanity?
Usually yes, we relocate drains, waste and supply lines to suit the new layout, keeping everything compliant. Moving a toilet is more involved than a vanity, so we tell you what each change adds before you commit.
