A pipe just burst, what do I do this second?

Turn off the water at the mains tap, usually at the front boundary near the meter, call us and we will talk you through finding it. If water is near power outlets or the meter box, switch off the power at the board too.

My water bill jumped but there is no puddle, what is going on?

That is the classic sign of a concealed or slab leak. A quiet leak under the floor or in a wall can run for weeks. We locate it precisely first, then quote the repair, far cheaper than opening up the wrong wall.

Will you have to cut the wall or dig up the slab?

Not blindly. We detect and pinpoint the leak first so any access is as small and targeted as possible, often a single neat opening rather than a demolition.
